Visiting the «Inside Other Spaces» exhibition in Munich

Recently, Ramon and scenographer and good friend Jörg Sellerbeck visited the new exhibition «Inside Other Spaces. Environments by Women Artists 1956 – 1976» at Haus der Kunst in Munich. The group exhibition highlights women’s fundamental contributions to history of environments and presents the work of eleven female artists spanning three generations from Asia, Europe as well as North- and South America: Judy Chicago, Lygia Clark, Laura Grisi, Aleksandra Kasuba, Lea Lublin, Marta Minujín, Tania Mouraud, Maria Nordman, Nanda Vigo, Faith Wilding, and Tsuruko Yamazaki. It's running until March 10th – make sure not to miss it!
Opening of 'Sprachenland Schweiz' at Landesmuseum Zürich

Last week, the 'Sprachenland Schweiz'-exhibition at Landesmuseum Zürich finally opened its gates – and what a ride it's been! This was truly an outstanding project and it was amazing to watch it come together little by little. Thankful and proud to be part of it! The exhibition is running until January – make sure not to miss it!
Like a family reunion: KlangMoorSchopfe Festival 2023

On the first weekend of September, we visited KlangMoorSchopfe Festival, Switzerland's only festival for sound art, in Gais. This year's edition has already been the fourth – back in 2019 Ramon was part of the line-up himself. Always a pleasure to attend this beautiful festival, like a family reunion for sound artists in Switzerland!
Visiting St. Imier for an Acoustic Ecology Listening Session

Some impressions of the last acoustic ecology listening session, which took place in St. Imier. Jan van Oordt invited us to his La Dépendence Residency, where we were welcomed with hot soup, beautiful landscape and a lovely sauna-session.

From Zurich to Lugano: A summer field recording trip

Enjoying summer while traveling around the country and doing some more 3D-field recordings in Zurich and Lugano for the upcoming exhibition about multilingualism in Switzerland at Landesmuseum Zürich. This is gonna be a really exciting exhibition and it’s so great to see how it is all coming together!
A rainy day at Klangweg Toggenburg

A couple of weeks ago, we paid our beloved Klangweg Toggenburg another visit. Through wind and weather we spent a lovely day together with artistic director Christian Zehnder and Raphael Gygax, who has been chosen as head of production for our whole redesign project. It's always a pleasure engaging with this inspiring project & we're looking forward to every step to come
Speaker tests in Berlin for Geschichtsgallerie Tempelhof

We did some speaker tests in Berlin last week for the project 'History Gallery Tempelhof', together with Staab Architekten, Arup and Holoplot. We are currently in the concept phase; the project is expected to open in 2026.

We're beyond excited to announce that on its second anniversary, our publication 'Sound Scenography, Klangszenografie - The Art of Designing Sound for Spaces' has won an iF Design Award 2023. Even two years after its release, we're still very proud about this book.
Acoustic Ecology Listening Sessionin the woods of Zurich

We got invited by our friend Ludwig Berger for a sound walk through the forest of Adlisberg in the dusk listening to the birds, trees, airplanes, the city below and ourselves. The main theme of this Acoustic Ecology Listening Session being 'listening & improvisation exercises & scores', we had a lovely time the woods of Zurich, enjoying its beautiful soundscape.
